Operations Manager
As Operations Manager, Susan is responsible for managing firm-wide IT, facilities, and systems administration at Harder+Company. A consummate multi-tasker, she brings energy and skill to a wide variety of operational processes, including ensuring our IT systems run smoothly; managing equipment purchases, leases, and inventory; facilitating ergonomic assessments; supporting compliance with disaster and safety policies; administering our customer relationship management database; and training new staff on time and expense reporting.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, Susan worked as a commercial real estate property manager, a position that allowed her to hone her exceptional financial, administrative, and office coordination skills.
