Mildred Ferrer
Research Consultant
Mildred is an international development professional with over five years of progressive experience in program coordination and project management; policy, research and analysis at global and country levels in the United States and in Latin America. Skilled in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, she has rich experience designing and administering interviews and surveys, conducting literature reviews, and assessing and monitoring and evaluation systems. She is a native Spanish speaker.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, Mildred assisted the UNICEF Middle East & North Africa Regional Office with quantitative data analysis and report writing. She has also served as a child poverty monitoring consultant for Equity for Children, and as a monitoring and evaluation analyst for the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Mildred was born in Venezuela, loves chocolate (probably too much) and is very excited to be living so close to the beach again, after several years in New York City.
