Michelle Duval

Research Analyst

Michelle is an experienced researcher with skills in database design, data collection, analysis, and reporting for large-scale projects and initiatives. She is especially dedicated to making information accessible for all audiences, with a strong background in data visualization. At Harder+Company, Michelle applies those skills working on some of our largest evaluation projects for First 5 Commissions and various foundations, helping to ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Michelle supported social sector research projects at I.D.E.A. Consulting for nearly four years in the areas of mental health, substance abuse, and child welfare. She worked with community-based organizations and agencies to collect data on participants, services, and outcomes, and then analyzed the data to measure systems performance and efficiency. Michelle takes pride in being highly organized and responsive to client needs, with a keen attention to detail and strong commitment to open communication.
