Kimberly Rishe

Research Associate

Kimberly offers quantitative and qualitative research experience in the areas of public health, behavioral health, substance abuse, and positive youth development. In addition, she has supported diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) assessments to build a better understanding of the extent to which DEI is incorporated across an organization. Kimberly is skilled at creating and maintaining data management systems; implementing data tracking, cleaning, and quality review processes; conducting literature reviews; designing surveys; conducting interviews and focus groups; and creating a range of products to share findings with stakeholders.

Prior to Harder+Company, she was an evaluation consultant for Imoyase Community Support Services, where she contributed to research efforts for the Los Angeles County Probation Department and Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. She was also a program evaluator for Claremont McKenna College Kravis Lab for Social Impact Evaluation, and a research and evaluation associate at Claremont Graduate University Evaluation Center. In her free time, Kimberly enjoys cooking, being a self-proclaimed sit-down comedian, and playing dodgeball.
