Kayli Evans
Research Analyst

Kayli is passionate about using mixed methods research to support positive change in communities. With broad knowledge of qualitative research methods, Kayli is especially skilled at conducting interviews, performing thematic analysis, interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data and synthesizing nuanced sets of data, particularly in the areas of health and education. She offers a unique, intersectional research approach, with a background in both sociology and anthropology and experience working closely with undergraduate and graduate university students. Prior to joining Harder+Company, Kayli was the Program Student Leader and a Mentor for her Master’s Peer Mentor Program, where she planned all program itineraries, facilitated workshops, and mentored MASP graduate students. When she is not working, Kayli enjoys wine tasting and hikes.
