Haley Mousseau

Senior Research Consultant

Haley has over a decade of experience in program evaluation, data management and reporting, strategic planning, and policy and advocacy work. With particular expertise in homelessness, housing, and youth services, she offers deep knowledge of data collection processes, quality assurance activities, and reporting systems. She is skilled at conducting quantitative analyses of data to inform research projects, advocacy initiatives, strategic partnerships, and service delivery. Haley also has rich experience synthesizing and sharing research findings with diverse audiences.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Haley worked as director of research and evaluation at Larkin Street Youth Services, providing agency-wide leadership to drive a culture of learning and data-driven decision-making. She has also served as a research analyst at BC Non-Profit Housing Association. An avid cyclist, Haley enjoys spending her time outside of work exploring the roads and trails of the Bay Area.
