Carolina Mantilla

Research Associate

Carolina is passionate about using data to shape public policies and ensure equitable access to educational and job opportunities. She offers rich experience supporting social impact research projects across a range of issues, including early childhood, and workforce development. She is skilled at conducting literature reviews, surveys and interviews, data cleaning, descriptive analyses, and supporting the dissemination of the results. She is a native Spanish speaker.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Carolina worked for the Price Center for Social innovation at the University of Southern California, where her projects included analyzing outcome data for nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles. She has also analyzed wage and occupation statistics for Colombia’s National Administrative Department of Statistics, and helped develop tools for decisions on early childhood policy-making while at the Organization of Iberoamerican States in Colombia. Carolina enjoys her free time dancing, running, exploring new places in Los Angeles, and playing table tennis.
