Arianne Kieve

As Proposal Manager & Graphic Designer, Arianne works closely with research staff to promote our work and bring new business into Harder+Company. She supports teams with developing proposals and presentations and also plays a lead role in developing and maintaining our CRM database, monitors the marketplace for new business opportunities, and contributes to business development planning. Arianne is also a highly skilled designer, excelling at data visualization and transforming complex information into accessible formats for a wide variety of audiences.

Arianne brings a personal passion for community change to her role at Harder+Company.  With a background in urban studies, she has seen firsthand how diverse communities benefit from informed, well-planned services.  Prior to joining our team in 2014, Arianne coordinated proposals, presentations, and other marketing efforts for Selbert Perkins Design, a graphic design firm, and MKThink, an architecture and planning firm. Outside of work, Arianne enjoys doing yoga and dabbling in arts and crafts.
