Amy Goldman
Research Associate
Amy is passionate about integrating research and theory into practice, while working closely with organizations to build their evaluation capacity. She offers broad knowledge of evaluation methods and tools, and application of evaluation, along with a deep understanding of educational issues and trends. Amy is adept at conducting surveys, focus groups, and interviews, as well as transcribing, cleaning, analyzing, and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data. She is also experienced at developing a range of reporting tools to meet the needs of different audiences, including written reports, presentations, and data dashboards.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, Amy was a research assistant at Public Profit, focusing on helping youth service organizations improve their programs. She has worked as an assistant for the Claremont Graduate University, supporting professors’ research and evaluations. She has also served as an Evaluation Consultant for Ersoylu Consulting. Amy is a Southern California native. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring new restaurants and shops and trying out new recipes.
