Matthew Kronz

Research Consultant

Matthew has dedicated his career to making data and evaluation findings accessible to diverse stakeholders and useful for strategic decision making. He brings to his role nearly a decade of experience in nonprofit and community development sectors. A skilled mixed-methods evaluator and adept facilitator, he excels at leading planning processes; conducting complex data analysis; presenting findings to diverse audiences; and managing focus groups for community-based organizations throughout the country, with a strong emphasis on immigrant communities and hard-to-reach populations.

Prior to joining Harder+Company he spent several years working with organizations doing place-based and asset-based community development, and his graduate research examined the organizing and program models of faith-based community development organizations and churches in El Salvador. A huge sports fan, Matt hosts a fantasy football podcast and spends an inordinate amount of his free time watching football and setting his weekly lineups.
