Madeline is a bilingual researcher experienced in qualitative and quantitative methodology. She is skilled at community outreach, developing and implementing surveys, collecting sensitive information, managing and analyzing large datasets, and providing quality assurance assistance to final reports before publications. She has intermediate fluency in Spanish.
Prior to joining to Harder+Company full-time, Madeline supported our work as a data collection assistant. She also served as an administrative and data analysis assistant for the CSU Institute for Palliative Care at CSU San Marcos. During her free time, Madeline enjoys dancing Cuban salsa, son, and bachata.
