Jennifer brings strong analytic training and extensive experience in community engagement to help clients learn about their impact. At Harder+Company, her work has focused on such wide ranging issues as substance abuse prevention, violence prevention, early childhood, housing, and community development. She is skilled in mixed-methods research, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis, policy analysis, leading focus groups and interviews with diverse populations. Jennifer has particular experience using a variety of creative methods for community engagement efforts that help our clients learn about community needs and assets. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, Jennifer worked at the Tomás Rivera Policy Institute and Sol Price School of Public Policy at USC, where she contributed to research on criminal justice practices and disparities, immigrant integration, and nonprofit collaboration efforts to reduce health disparities. Jennifer also worked at the UCLA Center for the Study of Latino Health and Culture, where she supported public health research projects and coordinated events and resources for community college students pursuing health professional careers. An avid hiker and traveler, Jennifer enjoys being outdoors and exploring new parks and trails in California and abroad.
