Alison brings to Harder+Company extensive knowledge of educational and workforce development initiatives, particularly those that support youth, veterans, and low-income workers. She offers rich experience in community assessment, coalition building, program design and evaluation, group facilitation, grant writing, youth leadership development, and working with diverse stakeholders. She is skilled in various quantitative and qualitative research methods, including interviews, focus groups, and surveys. Alison has advanced proficiency in Spanish.
Prior to joining Harder+Company, Alison supported evaluations of workforce development programs for Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, as well as youth development initiatives with the Center for Court Innovation, a criminal justice think tank based in New York City. In her free time, Alison enjoys reading, oil-painting, and practicing yoga.
