Jenine Spotnitz

Research Assistant

Jenine believes in the power of research and storytelling to inform strategic action that creates a more equitable and healthy world. She offer strong experience in participatory research methods, and is skilled at conducting literature reviews; designing and conducting surveys; facilitating focus groups; developing social marketing campaigns; data visualization; and writing reports for diverse audiences. She has basic proficiency in German.

Prior to joining Harder+Company, Jenine served as a research intern with DataCenter in Oakland, as well as a coordinator for the University of California Davis Student Health and Counseling Services. She has also served as a facilitator with STAND! For Families Free of Violence, where she developed and implemented a violence prevention and leadership development curriculum. Jenine is inspired by the brilliance in her community, especially local youth, and enjoys her time dancing, organizing, and creating art and social change together.
